Introduction
This five-day course teaches HR professionals how to turn workforce data into decisions. You will learn practical methods for measuring hiring, retention, performance and development. The course focuses on data preparation, basic modelling, and presenting results so leaders act on them. Emphasis is on techniques you can apply to your HR systems and reports immediately.
Objectives
2. Extract, clean and join data from HRIS, ATS and payroll so datasets are analysis-ready using Excel and SQL.
3. Build and validate basic predictive models for attrition and role risk, and interpret model results for business use.
4. Create clear dashboards and visualizations that answer stakeholder questions and support operational decisions.
5. Translate analysis into action: write measurement plans, quantify expected impact, and present recommendations to leaders.
